Upcycled Black Lace Balloon Pants
A mistake, kept on purpose.

Voluminous balloon pants in Sbagliato lace — an Oscalito deadstock lace discarded after a dyeing error, when one of its white yarns refused the black dye. The white thread still shows through the black, and it is the reason this fabric exists today. Gathered into ruffled cuffs at the ankle, with an elasticated waistband and an integrated culotte. Re-produced in Turin from Oscalito deadstock, as part of the Oscalito × Canto Primo capsule.

We offer women's and mens's sizes corresponding to EUROPE (EU) SIZING from 32 to 50.

Most of our pieces feature a loose fit, allowing each set to accommodate at least two sizes.

FIT NOTE This blazer is upcycled from a vintage classic men's blazer. It preserves its original structured shoulders and oversized silhouette, reworked. Because each piece begins from a unique vintage garment, slight variations between sizes may occur — this is part of what makes each blazer one-of-a-kind.

You’re free to choose any courier service for the return, but please note that shipping costs are at your expense. We only accept items that are unworn, in perfect condition, and with original tags attached.

The piece

The Sbagliato Dark Pants are voluminous balloon pants from the Oscalito × Canto Primo capsule. The lace falls loosely through the leg and gathers into ruffled cuffs at the ankle. An elasticated waistband and an integrated culotte provide coverage; the culotte extends above the waistband, so it can be tucked in or left visible.

The material

Oscalito is an Italian luxury intimate-wear house based in Turin. Sbagliato — Italian for “mistaken” — is a lace from Oscalito's deadstock: during its black dyeing, one of its white yarns did not absorb the dye as expected, and the fabric was set aside. Canto Primo kept it for exactly that reason: the white thread remains visible against the black, giving the lace a depth no planned dye would produce. The pants were designed around that existing material and re-produced in Turin. No new fabric was produced.

Why it is limited

The capsule is built entirely from existing material, so quantities are capped: 500 pieces across 15 styles. When the material runs out, the style ends.
